Marble Cake(For Cake Orders Only)

• All customized cake orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Each cake is made to order and prepared specifically for your request, so we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to the design once the order is confirmed.

• Date changes are allowed with at least 2 days’ notice.

We will do our best to accommodate a new pickup time, depending on our production schedule.

• Cakes must be picked up on the scheduled date.

Due to the use of fresh dairy cream, we cannot store cakes overnight, and we are unable to guarantee freshness or quality beyond the pickup date.

• Once the cake is picked up, customers are responsible for proper storage and transportation.

Any damage caused by heat, imbalance, or improper handling will not be eligible for refunds, and repair fees may apply depending on the level of damage.

Storage

• Please store the cake inside the cake box and place it in the refrigerator at 33–41°F.

• For the best taste and texture, please consume within 48 hours.

• Freshly baked cakes taste best—we recommend enjoying your cake as soon as possible after pickup.

Transportation & Handling

• Keep the cake box level at all times. Animal cream is soft and delicate; tilting may cause shifting or damage.

• DO NOT place the cake in the trunk. Trunks often overheat and have unstable surfaces—it may cause the cream to melt or the cake to slide.

• Avoid warm environments. Cream melts easily when heated, so please refrigerate as soon as possible after pickup.

• Decorations such as flowers, figurines, and toppers are not edible. Please remove them before serving.

(Candy and chocolate decorations are edible.)

Structural Support (Tall or Multi-Layer Cakes)

• Some tall cakes or multi-layer cakes contain internal support frames or paper straws to keep the structure stable during transport.

• Please remove these supports carefully before eating.

All of our cakes are handcrafted, so the final product may not be 100% identical to the photos shown.

Important:Please provide a phone number that can receive text messages so that we can contact you to confirm your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will not process with the order!

We will follow the reference images to create your cake without adding or removing any design elements on our own.

In the event that certain decorative items are unavailable, similar decorations may be substituted while keeping the overall style consistent.
